Well, anecdotal evidence pretty much confirms this. I have never seen any French porn, but there is a plenty of Russian, German and Polish porn floating around (in addition to the ubiquitous American and British porn).

I like some of the French stuff.  Italian to often looks like it was filmed on CCTV.  I avoid Russian and Japanese like the plague.
