Half of that isn't even accurate.  QF naval guns were developed by Elswick and the turbine warship was Parsons.

Doesn't say that he invented any of them.  It says that he championed them.

There was an article a few months ago that stated that Churchill was the first to use the OMG shorthand. So someone's wrong...

Considering Churchill was half in the bag by 9pm, he probably spelled it MGO anyway.
