I did a search, but it seems that there isn't a specific drunk thread like we had at the last board. So here's a mew one.

Had a ridiculous night at the bar tonight!  :D
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Habbaku

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

Women want me. Men want to be with me.

Tagged by a rough trick named Jim in the ass? Rolled by a pack of middle aged women?

Beaten by Yankee fans when you started your homerism at them?

I was exaggerating, nothing but a fun night at the bar.

Wow a fun night in a bar. Crazy!

I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

Siege

This is gay.

Do I need to teach how to do a proper drunk thread?

I like the thread title, Tim.   :)
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

No, you should post frequently here.  You can be Otis to CdM's Barney Fife.

Going by your drunk threads, surely that would be to make it even gayer, no?
