Even if the guy was muttering and unintelligible, shouldn't somebody have noticed, you know, that the bleeding WASN'T STOPPING? <_<
No.  Why would anyone notice that?  Headwounds bleed like crazy anyways.  Moreover, it's unrealistic to expect ER nurses to carefully monitor each of the several dozen people in the waiting room at all times.

Still, I'm willing to wager that Martinus thinks this is a hate crime.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Martinus would consider any action which did not include immediate M/m blowjobs to be hate crimes.
First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

then what are their uses, really?
I don't do meditation.  I drink alcohol to relax, like normal people.

If Microsoft Excel decided to stop working overnight, the world would practically end.

Thank god you don't work in the medical field.

1: Head wounds bleed pretty profusely due to the number of capillaries close to the surface of the skin along the head. Have you ever seen a hemophiliac bleed, though? After a couple of minutes, the difference is pretty plain.

2: The ER nurses? Sure. However, the first step is not the ER, but triage, where the nurses are supposed to keep an eye on all of them; their job is specifically to monitor incoming patients and rush the ones in who need immediate attention.
