Seattle #2!  :yeah:

Which is so clearly a lie.
Not really, Seattle for years has been high on these lists.

Yeah but so does Cleveland so we can see how relevant these lists are.

Oh and CC, you voluntarily live in Canada so your opinion is already suspect.
Jesus Garbon it is 46th. How many cities over 200k people do you think the USA has?

Who knew garbon leaving would have such an impact.
:XD:

I guess though it'd be odd if it took 2 years for them to recover. ;)

Probably took at least that long to get the smell out.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Maybe Max was thinking of LA or something.  SF is too foggy not too sunny.

I only have statistics to go off, which give it an average of over 300 hours of sunshine per month in the summer months.

Sunshine needs to be rare to be appreciated, otherwise it's just grating.

I was there in August of 2010 and it was cold and foggy.  But granted I am a Texas used to blazing heat and crippling droughts.

like I said, for some strange reason you have something against quality - I do live in one of the top three cities in the world (Not merely the best city in the US)  ;)

And I was in Seattle in November of 2011 and it was warm and sunny.  :D

I've been reassured that that is not the usual state of Seattle in the winter however.

I was in Portland in May. It was cold and sunny.
