There was a show called extreme cheapskates. People who dumpster dive for food and shit like that.

Sometimes I hate this country.
Stay Alive...Let the Man Drive

What do they call dumpster diving in Paris?
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

I fondly remember TLC's early days, when it actually had decent programming on it.  :(

I think this sums it up best:

Darth Wagtaros

I like the Whisker Wars one, with assholes with beards talk smack about one another and..... talk smack about one another....
PDH!

Martinus

My new guilty pleasure: The New Normal

katmai

We never would have seen that coming.
Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son

The trailers make it look like all guilt, no pleasure.

There are parts that are funny - though for the most part it seems to rely on exploiting stereotypes.
"I've never been quite sure what the point of a eunuch is, if truth be told. It seems to me they're only men with the useful bits cut off."
I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

I am watching Homeland and Dexter. Both are up to promising starts after a third of each season. Although both don't make much sense, but certainly more than the first episode of Revolution.

What do you feel doesn't make sense about Homeland?
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

It's probably because it makes him think.  Makes brain hurted.

How did that SD card go from the park in Washington to the bag in Lebanon?

It is what is known in common parlance as a "copy."

Doesn't explain why the Hezbollah commander has it.
