exactly.

luckily there's no law that says we need to watch everything when being fan of something. We're allowed to skip the rubbish.
With the understanding that tastes are individual.
And with the understanding that for this show the viewing number were crap. (like the product    )

The displeasure areas of my brain

I tried giving it another shot, but felicity in space didn't do it for me. Maybe if I was younger? But then again I didn't like felicity when I was younger either

I used to be mad at the new trek because it was bad (to me) and naively thought if they didn't make the bad trek they'd make good trek. But I've come around to thinking after so many years of staying the course if they didn't make bad trek they'd wouldn't make any at all. And I no longer begrudge those that do enjoy it. If you like it then all the power to you. It's not all bad though, SNW is usually ok and sometimes great, and I got 1/2 of an enjoyable season of Picard. Better than nothing. Plus there's lower decks, which I loved, but like Garbon said that's mostly trek adjacent (though I could argue the same for what I saw of SFA).
