Some guys I know from the mountains actually know this guy.  Apparently, he's a legendary town drunk.

Yeah, I saw that on Up Early on Friday.   Unfortunately, he was not beaten enough.

Gave a nice shout-out to the RCMP at the end, though.  LUlz.
