Sounds fairly specific and plausible, but it's hard to tell.  She's a crazy woman.

While she's on the House Intelligence Committee, she also has a habit of inventing shit she believes.

Anyway, Russian nuclear assets have been compromised before, throughout the early 90s break-ups as well as the  Chechnyan nonsense.  Nobody freaked out then.

Nobody cares about nuclear security or nuclear proliferation anyway.  Not a vote getter.
