I'm not sure if I have an Adam's Apple or not, can't really spot much of a lump in mirror. My voice isn't particularly high either. Maybe my neck is just too thick.

I'm hardly an expert, but I've known (though not real well) three male to females transgendered people.

Each of them really obviously looked it.
