Snap on both counts; I think as a child I must have decide it was more efficient that way and stuck with it, but can't remember the reasoning.

Right handed, wear my watch on me left wrist, and with the watch face on the underside of the wrist as well.  :sleep:

Just out of college.  I've been told that she was coached up by an uncle, who was an instructor at sniper school.  No worries on that count.
