See this is what's wrong with Alt-history.  It serves to as a forum for all the weird fantasies of lesser nations.  Southerns write about a Confederate victory, British write about a Nazi occupation (Britons are masochists), the Japanese write about waging a just war where they don't commit atrocities, etc.  I'd fear what Serbs or Russians would write about.

While useful, very little of the Airlifted equipment managed to be used by Israel during the War. By the time the Airlift would have had any effect the Israelis were in Africa and on the plain south of Damascus. The significance of the Airlift was political, not Military. It demonstrated that the US and Israel were allies, which probably prevented yet another Arab-Israeli War. Just like the Anglo-French alliance and it's failure during 1956 might have been a prominent cause for the Arab war plan in 1967.
