What was your point in mentioning it then?
Tamas was asking about TV shows, not movies.  Marti's comment is thus applicable, though I had to read it twice to get that connection, myself.

Yes, but I merely mentioned the movie as being a point of familiarity for those considering the British TV series I was recommending (namely, Spaced )- as it has the same actors, writers & producers. I wasn't recommending that people see Shaun of the Dead, but rather that they see Spaced - which is a TV series.

This is languish, what the original question has no meaning into what the other post main contain.

Also, if Tamas can watch TV at work, he can watch movies.
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

Try Dead like Me, though avoid the movie that came out last year.

Have you never seen a portable DVD player?

They're really behind the curve down there in Mexico.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

I am watching these on my computer, not telly.

Altough you are right, I can just as well watch movies as well.

Watching a TV show on a computer is still watching TV.

Sarah Connor Chronicles.
:bleeding:

The show that takes everything that was good about Terminator, and shits all over it.

Family Guy, pre this season. This season has gotten increasingly preachy and unfunny.

American Dad. Gotten better, especially with the Patrick Stewart CIA guy episodes. And Rodger is Martinus.

NCIS. Rub one off when Cote De Pablo is on screen.

House.

Scrubs. Skip the last NBC season, as it got crappy.

I didn't realise he was looking for comedy series too, but if so, then I can't recommend Scrubs enough. Along with How I Met Your Mother and United States of Tara, best comedy on TV in the recent years.

hmmm, I'd never heard of this Tara thing but just checked it out. Its pretty good.
Kind of reminds me of Californication in style.

Get used to it. It's what 3 did, what that god awful show is doing, and what the new movies will do.

I kind of liked three.  It was a little pat and tried to be too cool, but it had a great ending.
