Grey Fox

Have you tought about SG-1? It's 141 hours of entertainment. Would last you a couple of weeks atleast.
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

Josquius

SG1 has its moments yeah.
Maybe a bit much of a kids show early on though.

Since you mention The Big Bang Theory look to some comedies too- the IT crowd is very languish as is Peep Show. I love The Inbetweeners too. And then of course there's all the older stuff like Father Ted and whatnot.

So, can you recommend me any TV series from recent past which did not get cancelled like halfway through, and is decent?
The Simpsons?
:D

One new series to watch wich we didn't talk about here is Castle.

hmm, aside that, let met see...  NCIS? And there will be spin off of this starting soon, IIRC.

True Blood is of the same author as Six Feet Under, but you may not like it as it deals with vampires.  Nonetheless, it was a nice little series.

Family Guy, pre this season. This season has gotten increasingly preachy and unfunny.

American Dad. Gotten better, especially with the Patrick Stewart CIA guy episodes. And Rodger is Martinus.

NCIS. Rub one off when Cote De Pablo is on screen.

House.

Scrubs. Skip the last NBC season, as it got crappy.

Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Old shit:

Sledge hammer

Stay Alive...Let the Man Drive

Ah, Sledge. If only that were available.  Doctor Who, new and old.  Stay away from Torchwood.  Too many gay scenes and terrible writing.

If you can find it, try Spaced. Waay funnier than any US sitcom.

[If you liked Shaun of the Dead you will love Spaced - same people).

Lately I only watch House and Fringe, sometimes still catch Chuck or one of the CSI. The rest is Discovery and History Channels.

I don't know why I watch Fringe. It isn't very good.

There seem to be a shitload of X-Files knockoffs these days.
