I'd give it a thumbs-up; Jacob's list in the Two Cows Politics thread made me really sad that there was nothing to nominate it for. :(

Meh, I think POTM makes people try too hard to get nominated, and usually the posts that are obvious attempts for a POTM get rewarded with a nomination out of politeness.

Well, the problem was that one month, there weren't.  Don't see why it couldn't have been continued, with no title awarded that month, though.

I think we had about 10 nominated posts per month. Hardly an avalanche of courtesy.
