The couple of times I've had to shovel snow, it was Real hard work, but being a southerner the general lack of it is why I have to exercise.

Hardly ever. It loves to sleet and cover shit in ice. I know all about ice scraping and falling on my ass and feeling my car slide along the road, not much about snow shoveling or having snowball fights.

Yeah, it's a worry with shoveling. Shoveling snow can be a heavy strain on your body, especially if older and not accustomed to the effort. News and doctors warn about it all the time.
