In addition to wearing a thin jumper, today I've started wearing a beanie hat inside the house, down stairs temperature reads 18.8C at the moment.

Yeah it has been cold. And August is normally crap here - my imagine of a good UK summer is normally that it's nice, sunny and clear May-July then overcast and drizzly in August and then really nice again for September.

My problem with this year is that basically it was only nice in June

Barely any rain and blazing hot temperatures for 100+ days now. This is why Fall is my favorite season, it has the promise of relief.

Yesterday was the first day <30°C in almost two weeks. Finally able to breathe again.

Since my arrival in Bragança, temperatures have cooled down. 30°C announced for Thursday and then a week or so around 22-24, with possible sparse showers.
