To get back to the original question, I have heard of random potshots being fired at RCMP detachments in Assumption and Hobema, Alberta.

Yes, both are Indian reservations.

No, I'm not certain if either story is true.

I could certainly believe it, though I can't recall having heard of any major incidents out at Hobema the last few years.
