I hate to see any team that was not expected to win their minor conference making it this year.

That is one less spot for my very-on-the-bubble Wildcats.

The play-in game helps mitigate the more extreme cases-- maybe we should add another one or two.

Figures.  The first half of the Marquette-Nova game was boring, so I left at halftime to go back to the office.  Turns out the 2nd half looks like a dogfight :frusty:

Lots of upsets today, but WVU beating #2 Pitt was by far the sweetest in my totally unbiased opinion :D 

Cuse & UCONN is a hell of a game so far.

UW was able to survive Garbon's alma mater and now gets to face Arizona St who beat Berkut's Wildcats for 3rd time this season.

Fucking 'Cuse.  I was surrounded by 'Cuse fans and was the only bastard in the bar I work at rooting for UCONN.  One would think being a Royals and Raiders fan I'd be used to losing, but it still hurts every time. :(

Texas has gotten to the finals of the Big XII tournament and lost five times including the past three years in a row.  I am a bit wary of getting my hopes up in this tourney.  They are just toying with my emotions.
