Why doesn't cat food come in pork or seafood flavours? Are cats Jewish?

Can't speak for pork, but half the cat food in the aisle here is seafood-flavored.

Funny, they don't look Jewish.

Interesting you say that. London black cats, who derive from a limited gene pool after persecution during the 17th and 18th centuries, do have a distinctive profile.

It's decided. Indy (black male) and Ripley (white spotted female).

Ah, yeah, never seen that.  Might just be cost, though.

I have never seen pet food made from shell fish.  Its hard enough to get shell fish for human consumption I would assume.

One of Gusto's cat friends came to the back door on Sunday. He'd usually stop by and paw at the door, Gusto'd see him and they'd go out and do cat things.  This time, 4 months to the day since Gusto vanished, he just waited around 15 minutes and pawed at the door, peering in.  It was sad. :(

I can't remember why anymore, but I decided that my late cat was Jewish at some point.  In fact I used to call him 'Jewish Guy' as a nickname sometimes. :)

I still haven't settled on cat names. I'm thinking Indy and Ripley; what say you? Or Ludo and Domino? Or Mungo and Midge (I used to love Mary, Mungo and Midge as a wee child). Other suggestions welcome.
I plan on naming my future pets after Oscar winning stars of the 40s and 50s. Joan, Audrey, Ginger...

One day :(

Sigh, she's too soft and squidgy to be a Ripley. I'm now going for Indy and Marion. It's only for the V.E.T. and insurance anyhow; at home they get called squidgy bum, squirt, cuddles and oi you get out of there anyhow.
