Day 1 of Canada being declared a national security risk.

Borders still seem to be open.  But no great wish to cross it at the moment.

Maybe your voracious appetite for syrup cannot be satisfied through only domestic production.

Meh the places where America makes Maple Syrup are pretty much just southern Canada anyway.

Careful, you just declared a country that poses a national security risk to the US has territorial claims on your country.

We all fear the day that the Mounties launch their assault into North Dakota.

Perhaps you, and other Americans, can explain how ridiculous that is to your president.

Day 2 of Canada being a security threat to the US.  NORAD seems to be functioning as normal.  :hmm:

Election in Ontario today.

From what I can gather the primary choice is between the Conservative Party (led by the Trump-lite Ford, with more than 25% of its candidates the target of ethics or legal probes or investigation) and the NDP (who promise to do nice things but to pay for it with higher taxes, esp. on corporations and upper income earners).

The Conservatives have been polling for a majority, but with their lead shrinking over time and the NDP could come out from behind.

Barrister

As I understand it, PCs and NDP are deadlocked in terms of poll numbers, but because of how the votes are expected to split most are projecting a PC majority.
