If Obama was white and he was smokin' 'em outta their holes unilaterally,  there'd be no problem.  Congress never has a problem with the US acting unilaterally, it's only when Presidents get international consensus and act under the legitimacy of the UN Security Council that Congress ever has a real issue.  Go fig.

Well, at least Kucinich is consistent, whether a Dem or Repub President.

Maybe Kucinich can be impeached?!  How does he kept getting elected in Ohio? He's like their Barney Frank or something.   :D
