What I am making right now is a sweet Russian cake called Zlatkaya Kalbassa.

You need:

200g butter
200g sugar
400g butter cookies
2 eggs
3 table spoons of cocoa
aluminium foil

You're melting the butter in a pot. While that cools down down to a temperature you can work with you crumble the cookies to very small bits.
Sugar, eggs, cocoa are mixed with the molten butter until you get a dark brown paste resembling a mousse.
Time to get you hands dirty and knead the stuff together with the cookie crumbles. Once you're done you form 2 or 3 loafs out of the dough, wrap them in aluminum foil and put the packs into the freezer. 2 hours later you get them out and put them in the fridge. Done.
The loafs are cut into small slices before served.

I'm going to try to make a puff pastry stuffed salmon dish tonight.  Spinach & salmon in the puff pastry, salmon will be peppered with onion powder, bit of garlic, and some lemon juice.  No recipe really, just winging it.
