The league has been renewed, all the managers from last year were sent invites, we have open spaces for another 6-8 teams as it was just an 8 team league last year.

Send me a PM if interested in joining.

Does it requires day to day management?

What's involved in running a Fantasy Baseball team?

yes

Meh.  Not interested then.  I thought it might be a way to try and get back into baseball, and I like the once a week nature of fantasy football, but daily isn't for me.

Sorry mate.

I'd like to get back into Baseball this year. Maybe i'll start slow & just watch a couple of games on the TV.

Well you need to check it pretty daily to see who in roster isn't playing on that day and replace them with bench, sorry that is too much trouble for your cfl addled brain.

Good point - I'd only lose interest once the CFL season starts anyways.   :P

What you can do is set up the roster changes for the whole week at the beginning of the week.  It won't take into account player injuries or lineup changes by the teams but it will do fine most of the time.

This.  Generally I check two or three times a week, just to make sure my pitchers get in when their spot is up.  I rarely change around the offensive players, except when injuries occur.

Well, I joined again. :) If there's not enough players, I'll still have the Armchair General Forums league. :P
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

Fantasy Baseball just takes too much effort.

Go Red Sox! :yeah:

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.
