Its really bizzare how so many in the US view ginger hair as a good thing.

FIRE IN THE HOLE
"there's a long tradition of insulting people we disagree with here, and I'll be damned if I listen to your entreaties otherwise."-OVB

"Obviously not a Berkut-commanded armored column.  They're not all brewing."- CdM

"We've reached one of our phase lines after the firefight and it smells bad—meaning it's a little bit suspicious... Could be an amb—".

That said, there is a really hot redhead at work.  But she's hot because she's, like, 5'1" and 90 pounds.  The red hair just covers her scalp and, perhaps, pubic area.  Unlike some of you, I don't fetishize specific characteristics like some weirdo.

That's just kids.
Most people find it thoroughly meh in itself, neither good or bad- though it does often go hand in hand with being super freckled which...is not good. In my experience gingers tend to be all or nothing in terms of hotness, there's not many of them who are just average, most are pretty unattractive but those who do past muster are well into the domain of hot.

It really is strange that there's such a big cultural gap here. There's differences in perspectives of beauty between wildely differnet cultures- Indians obsession with paleness for instance. But that Americans, usually not too different, would have this difference....peculiar.

To be honest, I've never seen a hot ginger in UK or European media, be it film, news or photographs.
Our redheads have the genetic capability to be either hotties or dogs.  Theirs just happen to be all dogs.

Caught a few minutes of Hall Pass a bit ago. Now I know why Owen Wilson tried to kill himself.

I thought it was Luke who tried to kill himself.
