Carnival Row is pretty good.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Expanse.
Yeah, this is good science fiction. Very dark though!

Is there anything on Amazon Prime worth watching, I had a look and am struggling to find anything.

Recommendations please.    :bowler:

Jack Ryan (surprisingly)
Some of the Electric Dreams anthology (Philip K. Dick short stories-inspired)
Good Omens
First season of American Gods (sort of loses its way in season 2)

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll give them a go.

Cheers guys.

Speaking of Expanse, are we Canadians going to get it on the Sci fi channel still?

Amazon Prime, I think.  I haven't seen it advertised for CTV Sci-Fi, so I doubt it.

That is too bad.

In addition to the aforementioned Expanse and Good Omens, check out The Boys.

Carnival Row is pretty good.

I've watched the first few episodes of it. I also like it so far.

I haven't started watching it yet but Jack Ryan is another one that I want to check out.

I was a fan of it when it was on the Sci Fi channel. Now that Amazon has it I should watch the next season.

Admiral Yi

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.  The minor cast members of Dontown Abbey read books to each other during the wartime occupation of Guernsey by the Germans.  No doubt laying the foundation of their future money laundering and tax evasion assistance.  There's a big reveal which is not that big, and the two obvious love interests fall in love and live happily ever after.

Pretty fluffy stuff but watchable.  My biggest beef is that either there is not an interesting Guernsey accent, or the London actors made no effort to capture it.  The two biggest selling points to me of British movies are the pinkness of the women and the regional accents.  They did throw in a couple phrases of antique Channel Norman French to add local color.
