So, I watched the new Independence Day flick. As with the original, the thing feels like a mishmash of stuff I have seen somewhere else, except this one doesn't pull it off as well. That said, I pretty much got what I wanted from it - which was very little.

I'm not a huge Godfather II fan. The early bits, great stuff. The Cuba shit wears thin. Deal with it.
