So what goodness is starting next week? Off my head there's Dexter, Boardwalk Empire, Walking Dead and...I'm sure one more.
I've heard good things of some thingy about a dude who returns from Iraq as some sort of sleeper agent too.

Mad Men is awesome.
Though yes, Hendricks...ahh....I feel like I shouldn't be attracted her yet....I so am.

Boardwalk started last Sunday. One more week for Walking Dead IIRC.

Homeland, is the sleeper agent drama, it scheduled after Dexter on Sunday starting Oct 9.
Getting ready to make IEDs against American Occupation Forces.

"But I didn't vote for him"; they cried.

What did GoT blow its budget on?
The gate through the Wall of ice, seeing the horses going through that, the skirmish with the Others, and the chase through the highlands for the deserter, all in the first episode.  More action than in the rest of the series ;)

Lets hope the second has more stuff happening.
I felt so cheated with the complete skipping of the battles at the end <_<

Why shouldn't you? She certainly makes something in the more primitive part of our brains to click.

Just what is Mad Men about?

You are tearing me apart, Wag.
Oh hi Drakken.

I did not hit her, it's not true! It's bullshit! I did not hit her! I did *not*. Oh hi Wag.

Yeah, I saw that a couple weeks ago.  I quite liked it.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

I saw The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec the other day - very silly but fun. Sort of like Tintin, if Tintin was a hott straight Parisian woman circa 1910 rather than a gay Belgian boy circa 1935.  :D

The actress they had playing Adèle was tres yummy.  :licklips:

Finished Star Wars Episodes 1 to 6 on Blu-Ray.
Good news first:  Aside from the No - Nnoooooo from Vader in Ep.6, Lucas hasn't massacred these movies than they were.
Bad news: Jar Jar Binks is not dead.  There's still a fucking blue midget elephant singing/dancing/whatever.  People on Coruscant are still seen toppling the Palpatine statue and celebrating in joy wich kinda contradicts the extended universe, and logic, as the Empire is still sorta alive on Coruscant with a massive troop presence in the capital and certainly officers not ready to let go of their power.  Oh, yes, one of the most powerful crime lord in the galaxy still lets Han Solo walks on his tail without consequences.

On the plus sides, all the special effects were re-done and they look great, the colors are brighter than ever, the space battles are incredible and the soundtrack is 6.1 DTS on all movies.

Fuck the extended universe.

Most of the books are very good.
And don't tell me you never enjoyed a Star Wars game? ;)

You know, Star Wars fans should heed Bobcat Goldthwait's advice and get laid.

Authors and editors do make small changes and corrections in their books when they reedit them. Only the anti-Lucas dweebs have nerd fits when Lucas does the same, with his own creation I might add.

I think it is okay to knock on someone when they take something that you like and then make it shitty.
