cc, I was kind of surprised we wwre hearing it, to be honest.  I assume one or both parties demanded a jury trial?  They had made it clear that they'd been trying to settle it for years without success.

Did the environmental inspector have anything to say about the distribution box/water levels? What about the extra top soil dumped? These were not indicative of a preexisting problem to him that the previous owners would have known about?

He said that the water levels were too high.  He was not questioned about the top soil dumping.
