Alright. Nice save, Scip, but it's still your non sequitur now. You win on definition, but only by splitting hairs, because you left out the word "intentional" when it was obviously what was in question. AFAIK, "justifiable homicide" only covers "authorized use of deadly force" and "reasonable self defense." The former doesn't cover personnel that are off-duty or not active, and the latter isn't universally recognized.
WTF are you talking about?  I'm talking about murder.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Bastards for killing the dog; frigging losers. And given the reason why this guy had the dog, it's all the more annoying.

Dog killing. If somebody edited the title to "cat" killing, he'd be all over this. :contract:

Meh, he should've waxed them when he had the chance.  Good luck finding a jury that would convict him.

Is true.  Generally, you get the Cross by barely being ineligible for The Medal.  The defense would just have to read the citation, and the jury wouldn't leave the box before rendering the not-guilty verdict.
