There was a rather crappy miniseries over christmas called the fattest man in Britain where the main character was a huge guy trying to prove himself to be the fattest (for gain).
Its messed up.
But I guess when you're fucked you may as well be the fuckedest. After a certain level the degeredation increase must steady off.
