I think it is unreasonable to execute people without killing them.  Killing random people so people will be executed is unreasonable, but it is not unreasonable to kill some people so they will be executed.

I think it is unreasonable to execute people without killing them.  Killing random people so people will be executed is unreasonable, but it is not unreasonable to kill some people so they will be executed.
