Bunning has put a hold on legislation that would extend the unemployment time limits and the federal subsidy for COBRA. :smarty:

not surprised. first time i heard of the guy was last fall. an LC had me do research on the issue of steroids in baseball mccain and him brought up to the senate a few years ago. from what i read, the guy only ever cares about anything related to the sport. he looked pretty bored during the health-care mark-up, and i heard even his own staff hates him

Well, to be fair just two weeks earlier Congress had voted to reinstitute PAYGO, only to immediately waive PAYGO for this bill.  Bunning was only insisting that Congress followed its own rules.
