As per title thread; or is it better to have some beer?
The ingredients will be:

rice ()
saffron
chicken breast, diced
chorizo
shrimps
mussels
tomatoes
green beans
(no peppers, I hate them)

Something more to add?

Thxbye

First you have to decide which kinf of paella you want to make, the "authentic" one or the seafood version.  ;) You seem to be doing a mix of both.

I've only ever had sangria or red Rioja with paella... but I've only actually had paella 2 or 3 times.

I'll cut on chicken and will go for the seafood one: mariscos!
I'll add some squids
this calls for a white wine

Take away the chorizo as well, it has no purpose on paella.

Never in my whole life I've seen chorizo used for paella.
Then again I'm no big fan of the one you see in most places, it's bland generic crap. But the real stuff is... :mmm:

So get me the real recipe then, I wanna shock (in a positive way) my guests :P

What kind of so-called Italian doesn't like peppers?

Now seriously, there are three main kinds of paella, the traditional one, which comes from the Valencian countryside and has no seafood, rabbit meat, chicken and vegetables (beans, tomatoes, artichokes, peppers), the seafood version, which comes from the coastal area of Valencia, and includes seafood instead of rabbit, chicken and beans, and a mixed version that was developed as it spread all over Spain, which mixes both versions and may include other stuff.
