So, what stuff do you keep that was left by your exes but they were too embarrassed or absentminded to collect, so you ended up using it - or perhaps it was a gift that you kept because it was just too useful or couldn't be arsed to return. :P

My list:
- a tea pot,
- a kitchen apron,
- discount gym membership.

I've got a girl's grandmother's ring. But she's not so much an ex, as our relationship was cut short when she had to leave the country. I plan to give it back to her next time I see her, or mail it to her, despite her insistence that I can keep it.

Black thong panties.  Not that many ocaissions to wear them.

MadBurgerMaker

Coffee table, cast iron skillet, a cat, various glasses and such, several other things.  A lot of it ended up in storage for a long time (not the cat) when I joined the Navy, but I recently dug some of it out and use it now.

I have:

- his wedding ring
- books

He has:

- my wedding dress (even though I've asked for it repeatedly for more than six years now....)

He's moving next month, so I better get the damn thing by then. It's been in his attic, and he hates going up there for anything, so he's not done so. The bastard.  <_<
Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

A clock.  My wife correctly deduced that I still have it.  But her suspect is the wrong one :contract:

Wrong clock.  She thinks it is the bedroom clock; actually it is the one in the computer room.  I only have one ex.

I think she gets it wrong because the computer room clock is extremely plain and functional.  In fact my wife bought an identical one for another spot.  The one in the bedroom (which I bought myself) is quite unique.
