Yeah I dont understand this either. Maybe they rented servers for beta? Or the game is a much bigger success than they anticipated and most betas preordered?

It's up to 1300 now, and i've been at 310-308 for 15 minutes, nobody's getting in.  I assume they took it down earlier to add this, and now to test it.  Fuckers.

It's fun to be near the end of a mission only to get to a load screen with "SERVER NOT RESPONDING" showing up after, oh, five minutes.

I'm guessing the queues are a way for them to see how many players the servers actually can handle by being able to successively allow more people in?

Anyways, I'll go to bed and see tomorrow if I need to restart the mission from scratch.

They actually tried out the queue system last weekend, so if now a queue, then just means more and more folks are taking advantage of their headstart.
