I've been following season 4 and I haven't quite made up my mind whether it's reasonable TV or plain fucked up.

They should've just quit while they were ahead with season 1.

Heroes S4 feels a lot like Prison Break or Lost at this point, with what appears to be a story line hastily cobbled together by a bunch of people who consider the story already told, and are unwilling or unable to take it further without fucking it up.

Writers say: We're done.

Network says: We need another season.

Result is: Shit.

From what I've read of what  the creator has said it seems to be more like
"Blimey...This little superhero series I thought up turned out to be good...errr how the hell did that happen? And why my superhero series? Why does no one like all those family dramas I pitched!"
