Well? You can pick 3.

I've eaten all of those listed except deer (and commie vegans). I'd have to go with sheep (lamb kebab :mmm: ), cow (beef :mmm: ), and pig (bacon :mmm: )

Lamb, fish and gamey stuff (I'm conflating deer, rabbit and fowl for that) :mmm:

I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

Almost there: baby goat (kid?) is better than lamb IMO, crustaceans are delicious, deer and other big game (boar!) are excellent.

I've only had kid once, in Spain.  A braised shoulder I think.  It was very good, but it's very rare in this country.  Where I live you can get plenty of goat but not kid.

Boar's a good pick too.

This is my favorite season to go to a restaurant: deer, boar, pheasant, pidgeon,... on the menu. :mmm:

Horse is delicious...

Horse is great. It tastes more like steak than steak does.

Voted pig, cow, and sheep.  I would have included deer in the mix but venison SUCKS if it's not prepared well.... not as true with the others.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

What about live animals?

I've only eaten live octopus (well, it was alive up until we cut its legs off, then dipped the legs in sauce and ate it).

I dunno, duck? I really don't feel comfortable eating duck though. I'm still guilty off that one time I did.

I guess in more general meats its between beef and pork.

Awesome beef > awesome pork
Average pork > average beef
Rubbish beef > rubbish pork.

I'm not big on lamb, I prefer mutton, but still don't like that too much. Chicken and turkey are ok but are rather meh. Deer is OK but a bit fragmentary, you find it in your teeth for days to come.
