My gaming PC blew a RAM chip.  Fuckers.  A mnoth after the warranty expired.

I'm torn right now.  Which should I upgrade, the Media PC or the gaming PC to Windows 7.

The game PC runs Vista 64.  With the dead chip its down to 2 gbs.

7-64 has that 2 GB as the minimum spec, so until you get your hands on more RAM, you might be better off upgrading the media PC- also, you're more likely to see speed increases on things like switching from song to movie back to song and browser load times; I don't think you'll see much performance increase in fullscreen gaming.
