Has anything changed in the last three years?

A US team still retains the Stanley Cup, check!

No, nothing has changed.

I feel sorry for all you yanks whose only impression of Canada is based on southern Ontario. :console:

All my impressions of Canada are from British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon  :Canuck:

My impression of Canada comes from visiting Windsor, Canada's welcome mat to Americans.  :P

Nowhere near as shitty. But still not good.

I think Sav once posted a google map - one of those "rate your neighbourhood for walking" things - where all of the amenities near downtown Detroit were in fact over the border in Windsor.

What is the shittiest city in Canada?

Shittiest City?  Possibly Winnipeg.
Shittiest Town or Burb?  Tie between High Level, Alberta and Chetwynd, BC.
