Never broken anything. Had to wear a cast one summer, due to a possible scaphoid fissure, though. Man that sucked.

Like I said before I dislocated mine 6 times but I could never get it to go back in; I had to go to the ER every time and get knocked out to get it back in.  My brother took me once and said the nurse wrapped a bedsheet around my waist, the nurse pulled on the sheet one direction while the doc pulled on my arm in the other direction, glad they didn't spare the morphine that day.  :(

I bet that made a kickass noise.  :cool: When I do my shoulder it makes a loud cracking/popping/grinding noise and it really grosses some people out.
