Pros:

British.
No posting overlap.
Seems to have familiarity with Languish personnae.
He hasn't denied it.

Cons:

Not angry enough.
Not weenie enough.
Some unusual threads started, but not Monger's caliber unusual.

I always found Monger's posting style to be kind of schizo, which makes it harder to guess at in this case.
