My fitness challenge for this month is to do 400+ miles on the bike, something I don't think I've managed in any month this year.

My lockdown diet is working so far - I lost 40 pounds. The next ten will be more difficult though. I've been bouncing up and down in weight a bit, because I've been eating more liberally lately.

I went back to the gym for the first time this morning.  OH MY GOD have I lost a lot of strength and flexibility.  Not quite starting back from square one, but awfully damn close.  I hope it doesnt take the same amount of time to build back up as it did the first time, but I will not push it.
