Twitter; I'm fairly certain that's the technology that destroyed the Krell in "Forbidden Planet."

Of the ones listed, Facebook.
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

I think these companies should follow the example of Austria.

Let others wage war: thou, happy Austria, marry.

Let the owners of these companies engage in inter-marriage.  Or the owners' children.  Eventually they'll form a giant company called Skynet  :secret:

I was thinking of putting them though ultimately forgot.

The thing with twitter is though its effects are bad, the company itself isn't quite in the same league as Facebook. They're b list, along with uber.
Also I'd say fb tends to be worse in its effects.

That's a weird question.  Tech companies don't really have moral agency.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Apple has the most evil followers.

I concur completely.

What, no hate on Amazon for all the talk of their abysmal employment practices?

I voted for them precisely for that reason.

Duque de Bragança

I voted Microsoft for old times' sake, but yes Amazon is a solid contender.

I wanted to do that, but I can't honestly think of anything "evil" they'd doing now.  They embrace open standards and open-source software, and do none of their scuzzy mid-90s tactics.
Posts here are my own private opinions.  I do not speak for my employer.

Amazon is bad for workers, it's bad for the future of capitalism.

Facebook is bad for people, it's bad for the future of democracy.

I voted FB.

I vote for FB out of the choices, because no other tech company has empowered the worst in humanity with as much of a reckless abandon as they did.  I also agree that Twitter is even worse, because its very design is reducing conversation to sound bites.
