On Sunday Austria votes for their members of EU parliament. There's 6 top candidates from the main parties.

I have a feeling the vote will be ... one sided here. :P

So, bonus question: who belongs to which party?

ÖVP (Christian Conservatives)
SPÖ (Social Democrats)
Greens
JETZT (left wing list that split off the Greens)
neos (libertarians - strongly for personal and economic freedoms, in favor of small government)
FPÖ (far right populists)

Five maen, and only two of them can be bothered to wear a tie? :ultra:

I'm going to vote for #3.  #5's gasses make him look like a leftist.

So,  let's take my shot:

neos
JETZT
OVP
FPO
Greens
SPO

I'm watching a live stream of the six in an election discussion right now, and it's the same guys wearing/not wearing ties. :D

I voted for Count Orlock (#1).  I assume he belongs to some sort of aristocratic, pro-blood drinking, anti-garlic party.
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

:(

I felt really good about my pick for FPO - he looked like he had a nice punchable Nazi face.

Number two looks like he just opened the Ark of the Covenant in from of himself, and is awaiting the inevitable face-melting.  ;)

That was my reaction too.

Checking my own predictions against your list, so as not be a total doofus, makes it too much work. :boring:
