Or Trump just issues an Executive Order re-defining Article 2 (as he is apparently going to do with the 14th Amendment) and get the USSC to confirm (which they will). 

Article 2 reads:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President

What if Trump states that the Executive Branch interprets the "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" as irrelevant, since it is separate by a comma into a separate clause, and the proper interpretation is

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, shall be eligible to the Office of President

Voila!  Musk is eligible.
