I think it's going to depend on the context of the war.  There's no automatic favourites here.

I find it incredibly unlikely Greece would start a war with Turkey under current conditions so I would most certainly be rooting for Greece against Erdogan aggression. Turkey is a much larger country for all that matters in today's warfare.

It really depends on the circumstances.  Who shoots first, who provokes who, what weapons and tactics are being used, etc.  I mean if Greece launches a surprise attack on Istanbul by dropping biological weapons there, I'll root for Turkey.
