You asked for a link.  You got a link and then didn't watch or read it beyond the most cursory glance apparently.  You were then given a direct link to the video.  You asked for the exact moment as you still couldn't be bothered to watch.  You then said it wasn't clear from the one moment that you apparently bothered to watch out of the very short address.  You said you didn't need to listen to the whole thing, just rely on people to relay the information.  That seems like more than once.  It isn't a matter of wasting my time, but of being seemingly intentionally thick and stubborn in not doing the easier option.

I'm with Yi on that.  If you're going to provide a link of something like that, why not provide the time-stamp?  YouTube makes it trivial for you--right-click on it and it will even GIVE you a link with the time you've paused the video.   :huh:

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

People in general?  Sure.  Languishites?  Apparently not.  I've also repeatedly said you get to the meat of it in a lot less than 10 minutes.
