Want to be a citizen of a space nation?

Apparently they plan on providing citizenship to the 2% of the population who are creative and productive. You don't actually go live in space, but you'll get a passport and not have to worry about things like infrastructure.

This might appeal to some of our languishites? It certainly seems like a good alternative for people who thought Galt's Gulch or Sea Steading is not ambitious enough.
