Where was Crenshaw when Pompeo and Trump negotiated this deal?  Is it agreed they will be the lead defendants in the criminal case?

It's part of the Stolen Election idea. Because Trump held rallies that people attended and there were/are so many MAGA hats/flags/bumper stickers/etc., it proves that he won and not Biden who didn't have those things.
